Amalie has joined us directly from a clerical position in Greenland, where she was responsible for communication for the Greenland Board of Health. Previously, Amalie has worked as an innovation consultant at Copenhagen University, where she supported Start-Up students. 

Amalie has experience with, i.e.:

  • Innovation: User needs, idea generation, test, financing, pitching
  • Communication: Presentations, websites, marketing, video, SoMe
  • Community Building: Matchmaking, partnerships, networks
  • Events: Planning, coordination and evaluation

At Femern Belt Development, Amalie will contribute to the further development of the Fehmarn Innovation Hub in the frame of the Business Lighthouse Femern project, as well as supporting the coordination of conferences and events.

Stig has more than 35 years of experience at management level within business development, stakeholder representation and consultancy. He has extensive experience in international co-operation and has been a board member in the tourism industry, cruise industry, aviation and food industry.

Stig has been working with the Fehmarn Belt project since March 2008 and has over the past 16 years built up a large network of key stakeholders in Denmark and Schleswig-Holstein.

Stig’s expertise includes:

  • Advising Danish and international companies on strategy, business development, investment promotion and development of innovative collaborations between stakeholders
  • Stakeholder representation in relation to politics, local authorities, the business sector and business and labour market organisations in Denmark and Schleswig-Holstein
  • Strategies related to business development opportunities on major construction projects
  • Branding the Fehmarn Belt region: Attracting investment and location of new companies/business sectors
  • Strategies related to the development of new or supporting infrastructure

Camilla has a background in health sciences, supplemented with a Master in Professional Communication and a Mini MBA in Management. Camilla’s background has given her strong organisational and coordination competences and she has extensive practical experience in strategic management and communication. As part of the management team in Femern Belt Development, Camilla’s competences are utilised in strategy development and execution, project management and coordination, event coordination and execution, and communication and branding.
